Forensic Science Weekly Reflection Assignment
The following standing assignment is due every Tuesday before class:
- In two (2) to four (4) complete sentences, describe the most important concepts that you learned about forensic science.
- Identify the science skill that you feel you worked on the most this week: (1) asking questions and defining problems; (2) developing and using models; (3) planning and carrying out experiments; (4) analyzing and interpreting data; (5) using mathematics and computational thinking; (6) constructing explanations and designing solutions; (7) engaging in argument from evidence; (8) obtaining, evaluating, and communicating information.
- In one (1) or more complete sentences, describe a specific activity from class or lab that helped you work on the science skill you selected above.
- In two (2) to four (4) complete sentences, explain how the concepts you learned, the skills you worked, or the case studies you examined this week have helped you become a better citizen, scientist, or investigator.
Please note: Credit will be reduced for late work.
